2.4.6 Headings and Labels

제목과 레이블

Summary

Headings and labels must describe topic or purpose. This is not about whether headings exist, but whether the ones present are actually informative. The practical test is whether a screen reader user can skim the heading list and jump to the right place.

Common failures

  • Headings like "Section 1" or "Content" that convey nothing.
  • Labelling a form field simply "Input", leaving its purpose unclear.
